Re:ARCA meeting 1 Month ago
I have sat on the fence too long, waiting, waiting and waiting for some sort of info in the form of INFORMATION.

You would think those that arrange for events, schedules and pretty much news of any sort regarding SLM racing for 2010 would be more forth coming with info on a regular basis.

To some I guess its a big secret, heck why would you want to let the teams know whats going on, they only supply the cars.

We had a meeting, a BIG meeting in Red Deer and only those who attended got in the loop, with only dribbles of info coming out thru posts since that meeting.

Then you have ARCA whom seem to feel they are better then the rest of us and feel they didn't have to be a part of the Red Deer meeting and then have thier own meeting in Calgary, but in reality there are only so many SLM's period no matter what series they run in, so a meeting here or a meeting there makes no difference they are the same teams.

I guess be it ASA or ARCA or XXXX we are all to draw our own conclusions on really what is going on anywhere in 2010, perhaps a Qui Board should be part of our pit cart equipment.

These people, don't deem it necessary to inform anyone. If they are in the position of running, creating or managing a series had better step up to plate and let those that supply the cars and start to supply "US" with any changes, announcements, special events in a timely fashion.

These control freaks need to understand that we can not travel around the country-side going to meeting after meeting, just so they can see who can pee the farthest.

So someone, anyone get off your a## and post some information. We all need to hear facts not rumours and right now there is no shortage of those.

The only person forth-coming to date with info has been Herm, but I guess that the difference between a guy who actually cares about SLM racing and those part-timers that do it for ego.........

Here nor there, Andrew did announce the ARCA meeting even back when he replied on this site about the Red Deer meeting. I did get a phone call from Andrew to remind me about the meeting but I wasn't able to attend, working.

That aside, did anybody go to the ARCA meeting and if so any info???
