Setting Up your Shopping Account

The first time you shop, you will be required to create a shopping account at JustTurnLeft.ca. Your email address will be used as your shopping account name. You will be requested to supply shipping address information that includes your name, phone and mailing address. This information is gathered according to our privacy policy and will not be sold to anyone.

If you already have a Forum account on JustTurnLeft.ca that you are using for the Forum, you DO NOT need to create a shopping account but the first time you shop you will be asked to supply the shipping address information.

The shipping information will only be collected ONCE by JustTurnLeft.ca. When paying by credit cards, you may be required to provide your shipping information to verify the credit card number you supply is valid.

At no time will your credit card information or any other payment information be collected or saved at the JustTurnLeft.ca servers. This information is passed on to the payment processors and discarded.

When you create a NEW account (if you do not have a Forum account already) a password is sent to the email address you entered when you created the account. If you made an error during registration or you need to change your password, login using the Login Form on any page and select Account Maintenance from the OnlineStore menu. Send us a note or call us if you are having problems.


Payment Options

At JustTurnLeft.ca, we recommend you shop using your PayPal account. The payment is fast and secure.

We also accept most major credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover cards. JustTurnLeft.ca uses PayPal as our credit card processor. You may be required to enter billing information when paying by credit cards.

Please note: you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card on JustTurnLeft.ca. Simply enter your payment details on the PayPal payment processing page. You do not need to sign up for PayPal during the transaction.

For credit card and PayPal transactions, either PAYPAL LATEMODEL or PAYPAL CODEWEST will be listed as the vendor name on your credit card statement and at PayPal. CodeWest, Ltd. is an Alberta Corporation and partner in the JustTurnLeft.ca online retailing site.

Did you know that you can set up your PayPal account to directly debit your bank account when making purchases online ... it works just like using your Direct Payment or Debit Card at any retailer. Go to www.paypal.com for more details.


Tracking Your Purchases

Come back at any time to check on the status of your order. Go to JustTurnLeft.ca and login to your account. Click on Account Maintenance. We will also email you when the status of your order changes.
