GoChi Juice Fuels #36 to Top Ten in Championship

Red Deer, AB (August 6, 2008) - Two consecutive top ten finishes including a strong sixth in the Abstract Events 150 in Calgary has the Madco Motorsports #36 GoChi Chevrolet Monte Carlo team sitting in seventh place in the 2008 ARCA West Mac's Series 2008 championship just fifteen points out of the top five.

Madco Motorsports GoChi Chevrolet Monte Carlo Driver Grant Brown has an explanation for the improved start. "With more power, high tech shocks and performance parts, the team is always looking for more speed from the car. And this year we took a look at getting more out of the pilot in the driver's seat."

The driver found the answer in the energizing health maintenance benefits in the juices from the nutrient rich Himalayan Goji berry.

"
After just a few weeks of regular use , I could feel that my focus and energy as well as my overall well-being had stepped up a notch. I believe the effects are being shown by my performance on the track," continued Brown.

Mark Sutherland, one of Madco Machine Inc.'s oilfield customers, learned of the team's exhausting schedules running the business of Madco Machine during the day combined with late nights preparing the Madco Motorsports car for the ARCA West Mac's Series races. He explained the legendary health maintaining properties of the Goji berry and recommended GoChi Juice from FreeLife International to energize the teams physical efforts.

"We immediately realized the potential to tell people about GoChi Juice through our race team marketing program," said Brown. "We are also introducing the product to the other race teams. Many teams focus on car and equipment, it is easy to overlook the physical and mental performance of the driver and crew."

Powered by GoChi After a disappointing finish due to mechanical challenges in the opening round of the season in Saskatoon, crew chief Blaise Gaucher insisted, "When the bell rings for the next round, we will stick to our fight plan!" The team came out of the next two rounds with respectable finishes and moved the Gochi Chevrolet Monte Carlo into the top 10 in points in seventh place.

Little House of Neon (Red Deer, AB) has given the team the best looking car they have ever had. The goal is to show it off on an ARCA West podium for them and partner Buffalo Aerial Services Ltd.

"Craig Ball, ARCA West and Mac's have given western Canada a high end venue to showcase sponsors in an exciting stock car series," enthused the driver. "I feel like a nervous teenager every time I take my seat in the car and GoChi makes me feel 10 years younger!"

Look for the Grant Brown and the #36 GoChi Chevrolet Monte Carlo team at all stops on the ARCA West Mac's Series tour in 2008. Watch for GoChi product displays at selected venues this year.

Calgary, AB based Randy Thompson Motorsports announced today that Mac's Convenience Stores will join driver Randy Thompson for 2008 ARCA West Mac's Series late model racing season as primary sponsor of the #01Mac's Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

"I am extremely excited to once again represent Mac's with our racing program at RTM," said driver Randy Thompson. "Mac's continues to be a huge part of auto racing in Canada."

During the busy off season, the team has acquired a new race car and has upgraded its engine program moving from the so-called crate motor to tour motors leased from FBR Motorsports.

A former Legends Alberta Pro Series champion, Thompson is coming off a rookie season in the ARCA West Mac's Series where he finished seventh overall and was the recipient of the 2007 Wenda Royce Most Improved Driver award.

Ron Thompson, crew chief for the team and Mac's Western Division marketing manager said, "Of course I could not be happier about opportunity presented to Randy by Mac's senior management. I had removed myself from the decision process as not to create a conflict of interest."

"I have been racing with Randy since he was 12," continued the senior Thompson. "I will continue to be the crew chief for the #01 team in 2008 and I will ensure there is clear separation on race day of the Mac's Series sponsorship and the support provided to Randy's racing team."

Even with all the changes, the #01 Mac's Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo has a tough act to follow. "Craig Ball leaves some large shoes to fill," said driver Randy Thompson. "We will do our best to maintain the competitive and professional legacy he leaves behind."

Randy Thompson Motorsports will to race the entire 2008 ARCA West Mac's Series schedule opening in Saskatoon, SK at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway on May 31st.

Johnson has been racing Legends cars for the last five years and after the 2006 season felt that it was time for a new challenge. When the #19 Cawte Racing/ Optimistic Enterprises Ltd Chevrolet Monte Carlo, a third place car at Race City, Calgary in Round Two of the the 2006 NEWALTA Late Model Challenge Series season, became available, Johnson grabbed the car and made the move to Super Late Model racing.

"New body, new color, upgraded suspension and a new number," said Johnson. "We have always run the #67 but we had to choose a different number when we entered the NEWALTA Late Model Challenge Series. Number 20 was available and happens to be the number of my favorite NASCAR Nextel Cup driver."
